BRADS Technical Assistance Program

Technical assistance offered through the Brownfields Redevelopment Anti-Displacement Strategies (BRADS) program. The program is available to municipalities and non-profit organizations nationwide. Communities will be selected based on need and risk for gentrification (i.e., communities that might be higher risk for involuntary displacement will be prioritized) and geographic diversity.

• Identify and implement anti-displacement strategies
• Integrate anti-displacement to brownfields programs
